District St Georges Day celebration camp

Once again we are participating in the District wide St Georges Day celebration and offering 2 options, to attend the full weekend or just as a day visitor. If you are attending the weekend camp please see the activity information form for start and finish times, if you are attending as just a day visitor, these are yet to be confirmed. The activity information form is designed so that you can print it off and stick it on your fridge as a reminder, bookings are via this website so there is no need to complete the form and return it.   The full weekend will include an activity Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday morning in addition to all the activities available Saturday. Friday night is likely to be a wide game, Saturday night and Sunday morning are yet to be decided.  The weekend package includes camping and food where as the day package will just include a BBQ which I assume will be served sometime during the day (further details are yet to be received).  The full weekend cost is £45 and the day only option is £18.  If selecting the day only option please use coupon code day-only and this will reduce the costs according. The organisers have set a deadline of the 28th Feb so bookings will close 27th Feb to allow us time to  submit numbers the following day. If at that stage we can reopne bookings we will but there is no guarantee.
